Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If your jewelry doesn’t feel quite right, you can return it in accordance with EU regulations.


How to make a return

  1. Contact us at [your e-mail] within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

  2. We’ll send you clear instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack the jewelry in its original box and transport packaging. We recommend tracked shipping for safety.

  4. Once your return arrives, our team will carefully inspect it and process your refund.


Return conditions

  • Jewelry must be in its original condition, complete with all packaging (box, pouch, certificates, tag).

  • Returns are not possible for:

    • personalized pieces (engraving, custom design, resizing made to order),

    • jewelry that has been worn or where the protective packaging has been damaged.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for purchase, within 14 calendar days after inspection.

  • We refund the price of the jewelry and the cost of standard delivery.

  • Extra charges for express or special delivery methods are non-refundable.


Return shipping costs

  • If you return an item for personal reasons (e.g. size or style didn’t work out), the customer covers the cost of return shipping.

  • If the return is due to a production defect or the piece does not match its description, all return shipping costs are covered by us.


Quality & consumer protection

Every piece is thoroughly checked before shipping. If an unexpected issue appears, we’ll take care of it — by offering repair, replacement, or a refund in line with EU consumer protection law.
Normal wear (such as scratches or silver oxidation) and damage caused by improper care are not considered defects.
