Kľúč k srdcu je príbeh o hľadaní „kľúča“ – k sebe samému, k druhému, k niečomu novému. Alebo možno k samotnému srdcu – aby ste ho otvorili a objavili iskru v ňom. Vnútorné svetlo, sotva viditeľné, no vždy živé. Sklo je vyrobené zo striebra a povrchovo upravené špeciálnou technikou postriebrenia, aby žiarilo ešte jasnejšie.

Order processing
- We process orders Monday to Friday during standard European business hours (CET).
- If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.
- Most of our jewelry is in stock. We need 1–2 business days to carefully prepare your piece for shipment.
- In some cases, when a piece is made especially for you, production may take 2–3 weeks. If this applies to your order, we will always confirm the timing with you in advance.
- After preparation, your jewelry is carefully packed and handed over to the courier service.
Shipping
- Standard shipping within the European Union via national postal services: €8
- International shipping via international postal services: €15
- Express shipping (DPD, DHL) is calculated individually depending on the destination country and parcel weight, usually from €25–40. Please contact us to arrange this option.
Returns
- We want you to feel completely confident with your jewelry. If for any reason it doesn’t feel right, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Simply contact us at prostobymkin@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the process.
- Jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Personalized pieces (including engraved or custom-made items) as well as worn jewelry cannot be returned.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (such as size or style preference), return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- If the jewelry has a production defect or does not match its description, we will cover all shipping costs and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned jewelry.
Care Information
Everyday wear
- Our pieces are designed to live with you every day, and with a little care they will stay beautiful for years to come.
- To protect them, always put your jewelry on last, after perfume, creams, or hairspray, and try to avoid contact with water, chlorine, cleaning products, or cosmetics.
- It’s best to take your jewelry off before sports, swimming, visiting the sauna, or going to sleep.
Storage
- When not worn, jewelry should be stored separately in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratches, and kept away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Cleaning
- Gold can be cleaned gently with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or brush, while silver benefits from polishing with a special silver cloth.
- If tarnish appears, a silver-cleaning solution can be used with care, followed by rinsing.
- Gemstones and pearls are best maintained by simply wiping them with a soft, dry cloth and keeping them away from chemicals.
Plating
- Over time, rhodium and gold plating may naturally fade with wear — this is completely normal.
- If needed, the plating can always be refreshed by a professional service, helping your jewelry regain its original shine.
