We process orders Monday to Friday during standard European business hours (CET).

If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.

Most of our jewelry is in stock. We need 1–2 business days to carefully prepare your piece for shipment.

In some cases, when a piece is made especially for you, production may take 2–3 weeks. If this applies to your order, we will always confirm the timing with you in advance.

After preparation, your jewelry is carefully packed and handed over to the courier service.

Shipping

Standard shipping within the European Union via national postal services: €8

International shipping via international postal services: €15

Express shipping (DPD, DHL) is calculated individually depending on the destination country and parcel weight, usually from €25–40. Please contact us to arrange this option.

Returns

We want you to feel completely confident with your jewelry. If for any reason it doesn’t feel right, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Simply contact us at prostobymkin@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the process.

Jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Personalized pieces (including engraved or custom-made items) as well as worn jewelry cannot be returned.

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as size or style preference), return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

If the jewelry has a production defect or does not match its description, we will cover all shipping costs and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned jewelry.
